Come on Anti-Critch brigade.... dont be shy...!

You judge a manager on results. He's got a lot wrong and rightfully been criticised for it. He's got a lot right and been praised for it. A shit O/P to be honest, why did you bother ?
Not really.
Being called merely a youth coach, clueless, completely out of his depth and being told on an almost weekly basis that he should be fired isn't being rightfully criticised for a team currently sat one win from the play offs with FOUR games in hand.

But by all means, double down.....

I've never once aimed any of that at Critchley and please do trawl through my posts and prove me wrong. Struggling with the double down comment.

Wish I had bookmarked the comment calling us dreamers or idiots to think we had a chance of thePlay Offs.

Please own up Iknow it wasn’t 62 years.
Memphis ot tangerinenightmare perhaps

You've gone a bit quiet. Struggling to find anything ???

No it isn’t.....too many on here can’t wait to pounce on any bad result....maybe you too.
From a football point of view( fit players) we are getting close to the bare bones especially with Ballard off to NI and the injury to MV but those who have stepped in have not let us down...anyway where’s Shitco oops I mean Paulco recently...and as for 62...maybe he’s his elder brother....and I actually watched the match on ifollow not the match thread.

I haven't been looking.
You should lower your self importance a little.

However, seeing as how you are clearly awaiting a response, here you are:

My initial point still stands; he has been overly criticised out of all proportion, by people who literally cannot wait to find fault in anything he does, who have then aimed the comments I previously mentioned at him. At no point did I mention YOU had specifically aimed those at him, however you were quick to defend the people who had found fault in what he had done.
If you think the massively over the top criticism directed at him was correct then so be it, hence my double down comment.

Please don't wait up for any further response, I can't commit to providing one, although I may well be able to, time and amusement permitting.

Your post appeared personal, that's why I retaliated . No self importance here, happy with a win and an attacking win at that.

I don't pounce on a bad result, I give an honest opinion on what I've watched. If it was shit, Ill say it was shit, conversely, if it was great the big man will get the plaudits.
...so was it great result?
...as for saying was it shit and it was then so would I...but some on here can’t wait to pounce...whereas sometimes you”ll get a crap performance, because they happen, but you move on and wait to see the reaction.

But what people like you seem to forget is that we as fans are supposed to be ‘supporters’ we get behind the lads when the chips are down and offer encouragement or at least constructive criticism rather than just negativity and calls for sackings Andy other ridiculous demands modern football fans make. Do my head in people like you

Were some on here insisting Grayson should stay and lambasting any who thought otherwise. Based on some comments on here they probably think any criticism of our manager is unacceptable whoever he may be and Grayson should have been given up to 3 years to drag us down further fortunately Simon Sadler saw the light and thought otherwise. Every situation is different and should be judged on its individual merits.

We are supporters certainly but that should not prevent our concern when things aren`t going right,I personally expressed concern but did not recommend his sacking. this board is an opportunity for fans to express their opinions and there will always a wide range of them ,let`s just accept that and cut out the sniping at those with different views.Thankfully after a very poor start things are now going much better ,long may that continue and we`ll all be happy.

Wanted him out after Wimbledon and will hold my hands up and say how wrong I was.

He's completely turned the season around and regardless of whether we make the playoffs or go up or not it's clear that he's the man for the job.
Making mistakes is fine if you learn from them, I think he made the mistake too many times of playing the formation that suited Madine when Madine wasn't playing!
It meant we were overwhelmed in midfield and players were pushed out of their best positions.
He is now putting out a team that suits the players at his disposal, I don't think we can ask for much more than that.
I really enjoyed yesterday, I'm sure NC and the players did too, hope they can keep up that level of performance.

Well done Calderwood, really sorted the defence out which has given Critch the platform to go on and win games. Finally, Critch's got them to score 2 and win.

The test for Calderwood is the next 3 games without Ballard. Can he mould Turton into the RCB we'll need? And can Critch take pressure off by setting the team up to score more than 1- he'll need to.

What a bizarre OP considering we are 10th in the league

Surely the time to judge is the end of the season

Also I'm not sure we have an anti Critchley brigade

Maybe we have an ambitious pro Blackpool brigade who want the best for the club and a return to the Championship

Just like the owner ...
Think we have a section of 'Must not question anything now the Oystons have gone' fans, who seem to have the same approach come what may. I suppose all clubs have them, sighs.

There's nothing wrong with criticising the manager, and I suspect most will agree that ours has made mistakes. But it's the judging of his overall capabilities as a manager based solely on the last match, and completely ignoring the context of the clear and obvious improvements that have been made by the manager this season, that gets very tiresome. The longer it goes on, the more desperate and really quite strange those comments look.

There are some utter bellends that seem to take no joy from a win but absolutely love a defeat or even a draw.

To give the bellends the benefit of the doubt - let’s assume they are Nobbers?
So when you’re read totally un constructive criticism just feel a little pity for them.
Spider was one, Paulco is clearly another.

No one has an issue with criticism on a forum built for opinions - therefore when I read someone screaming for the managers head when we had 1 defeat in 9, I will share my opinion that in my belief they are clueless.

Oh and Yates is top quality by the way Memphis 😂

Fact is Chunky there are 2 posters on here calling for the managers head. And yet we get this type of thread twice a week as if it were rafts of Critchley denouncers. Yes of course earlier in the season there was a lot more people either wanting him gone or losing patience with him but for
ALL of those people, bar those 2, their opinions has changed.

And the right to discuss and disagree formations, tactics, substitutions is everyone's.
