Wife's birthday next Thursday and that was the day 12 months ago that we beat QPR 6-1. Put us 3 points behind Cardiff with 9 games left. We won 9 points from the next 27 (thanks to Dobbie!) and were 5 points behind Cardiff. Had we just have beaten Cardiff we'd have stayed up!

Maybe , maybe not. Had we beaten Cardiff their mindset might have been different for the remaining games .

And if my mum had had a todger, she'd have been my dad . . . We didn't beat Cardiff so it's irrelevant

Problem was we didn’t win any of the key home games..Madine got sent off v Huddersfield and that cost us massively and we couldn’t beat Rotherham either..in the end, without points deductions to other teams, we would have finished bottom and we fully deserved relegation

I was travelling back from Cheltenham opening day, watching on TTV.

This year, I'll be travelling back from Cheltenham opening day, but will pass Northampton. Trying to persuade a load of Leeds fans that it's a good idea to go to the game.

Felt like this was the turning point, I remember sending my Huddersfield fan mate a picture of the scoreboard and he replied "fuckin 'ell, we're down".

Tell them they can sing champions of Europe and nobody will bat an eyelid due to our illustrious Anglo Italian cup win. That should swing it.

We absolutely battered em. I will always remember the scenes and chants in the north in memory of Tony. I’m sure the players put an extra shift in that night for him.

Good at 'pegging' what, exactly?

Forgive me my total naivety, but, if I may, could I make a calculated guess at:

'She'd have been good at pegging - out the washing ...'?
