I have to say, our manager/coach has all the qualifications in the game, this we are all aware of and know, he has all the data available to him, also the last performance the opposition involved in' also available to him. But tonight he got his team selection wrong and set up his team to perform in exactly the same way because he believes in this system. The players on the bench did not offer a great deal of change tactically ie another winger who does'nt lose possesion and has good inter play would have been an asset. In this division its about matching up against the opposition, not just thinking your quality will win the day, some opponents are different this we all see from the terraces. This has been a lesson learned for him but it could be to late now. In a match day squad of 18 players he must use those who are most effective but IMO he came unprepared and failed miserably. The powers that be need to sit back and assess whats happened tonight. It aint rocket science but if you want a team that dominate possesion you need good players who dont give the ball away, to produce that in todays game you have to spend a lot of money. The current man in charge to me wants to create total domination of the ball in the wrong division. Mr Sadler has for me given as much as he can and has taken the club forward and will continue to do so. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but my perspective on this now is give an opportunity to Mr Dobbie.

Agree with most of that but if Critchley goes by the end of February I would give Dobbie the job for the rest of the season and then reasses in the summer...........and bring back Grayson, Appleton or Critchley if needed.
