Something we are struggling with results wise and individually performance wise, atm we are too passive when in good positions so do we need to play more through the middle/direct ? Is Norburn too quiet ineffective? Posh away looks a tough ask even if we are playing well but I think the Stevenage defeat was a heavy blow as it was all too similar to Vale Cambridge Burton.

The manager won't change, adapt, switch. His motto is like for like or it's an admition he's wrong. The passion is being sucked out of the club, give the fans something to get behind. Apter on the bench, 20 minutes here and there was an easy win give the fans something to get behind and who knows could have improved us.

Norburn has largely passed me by as a player this season and so watched him for a period of play on Saturday - always looks for the ball, is a very ‘busy’ player but was shocked at how few of his passes reached their intended target. Why we miss Dougall.
