You have to submit a written request to the AVFTT Top Table. No one ever knows who the members are as full face masks are worn and people 'disappear' quite often and it's in the AVFTT constitution to not speak of them again. I do know that there's one leader though who the others defer to, elected to the post for life.
They meet every 7th Tuesday at a secret location equidistant to London, Blackpool and Yorkshire depending on travel concerns, most of the meeting is taken up by ways to wind Scaramanga up without actually banning him but they set 5 minutes aside at the end for 'member requests'.
Whether your private message request is accepted is completely down to luck of the draw, I once submitted a request to ask Straiters about a particular petrochemical concern on our ceiling in the back room, I never heard back so can only assume they vetoed it. I'm not bitter though and the ceiling sorted itself out, probably due to entropy.
The address for written requests is below. It's the Leader of The Top Table's secret mailbox and despite many attempts they've never been unmasked and they're very careful not to leave any evidence or clues as to their identity.
