Could we have different home/away managers?

Like in cricket where they have a different coach and captain for tests and limited overs matches
We could keep Critchley for home games and then bring in a different coach for away games, someone who might actually set up in a way where we’d have a chance of competing
As things are we might as well forfeit away games and save the petrol for the coach
As soon as you see the set up of the team you just know we’re getting nothing from the game

What I didn't understand last night was why that back three became a back ten when they were going forward. Why weren't we leaving Demble up?
