Credit to coach Critchley

Its more to do with the change of shape and tactics as well as playing people in their correct positions

I actually think Critchley underestimated this league

This group of players should never have lost 6 of their first 8 games

It took time to gel but boy it is working now, this is probably down to a number of factors. We signed lots of good individuals that have started to develop a cohesion and togetherness, certain latecomers have really added quality where needed (Dougall especially) and the benefits of a strong coaching setup are starting to bear fruit.
As football fans we like to have a moan when things aren't going how we want so it's important that Critchley receives the praises he
The football we played on Saturday was excellent. No principles have been abandoned, just a change in formation.
No its definitely more direct

We no longer have 60% possession in games fcuking about passing it sideways

Our last 3 league wins have cone with us having less of the ball than our opposition

So you are happy that we were entertaining then?

An excellent thread from a class poster on here, and highly relevant to what's going on with the football club. His effective 'plea for patience thread when things weren't going well has been justified too.
I seem to remember him being very critical of Critchley and Yates?

Constructive criticism is welcome on here rather than say simply abuse the newly appointed manager.

Like some did with Holloway.
I will have to check what was said. But I'm pretty sure it was along the lines of Critchley and Yates aren't up to it at this level.

Fine but clearly Calderwood has made a difference as did Parkes and Tommo at some point along your journey. How you get there doesnt matter but Phils posts have helped galvanised support on here and presumably with the club, which is the point I was making and which I think is fair.

Some other people previously have sought to attack the incoming manager, abuse fans who had complained about the O's previously and generally feathered their own nest at the time. Not looking to rake things up but a general comment on how this board seems to have brought improvements, where Phil had been banned along with others for long periods on the old one.
