We have a significantly weaker team than last season, except maybe Norwood. Would Dobbie do the same job with the current crop ?

And we are playing in a significantly less quality division

So do we just play ball or try and raise the quality of our team ?
We seem to sign more backroom staff whose job it is to identify and bring in players, than bringing in players we have identified.
8 of our starting 11 were at the club last season. Grimshaw, CJ, Casey, Beesley and Lavery, were not regular starters in the first team. That leaves Lyons, Ekpiteta and Husband.....measured progress ?
