Critchley - Listen to Tomasson

I totally go with that. For me, you play to win regardless and you attack. I hate draws too, dont see the point in settling for them. Over the course of a season you'd get more points going for a win than settling for a draw even if by going for it you lost a few of them. Granted there are always exceptions but this is obviously generally speaking.
Critchley is not like this though so we just have to accept the way he is. SS isnt like this either which is why we get the managers we get. Not necessarily a criticism of them but its just different to what i want to see.

A good Roy Keane quote I heard recently was that top managers such as Ferguson are also gamblers when they need to be in games - they take risks and more often than not it pays off for them.

Critchley does seem to be more of the minimal risk and maximum game plan and organisation type of manager - risk taking isn't high on the list.
