Critchley OUT

Bringing on Virtue for Joseph and leaving Beesley up front on his own when 3-1 down should be a sacking offence on the spot.
In a nutshell. The guy never ceases to amaze me with what he's actually seeing during the game. At what point was bringing Virtue on going to have a positive impact on the game.

Soon disappears though, buzzes don't win games.

Maybe the recruitment team need to take the fall instead?
I agree, to a point...not the zero points of today, however, there have been changes on that front and not long to implement them.

The recruitment team didn't persist with Connolly at LWB for God knows how many games and the loans have all worked out tbf.

Questions should be asked though of why we signed Dale, Wright, Carey, Morgan, the Ox bloke...I'm sure there's another, but basically put them all in a blender and you'll get the same player back and then we still had to go and sign Byers, a player we actually needed.

It’s obvious that with such a great home record losing to the likes of relegated Cheltenham, is down to the managers negative tactics.

He won't get sacked as he has the backing of our clueless owner

In a game we had to win we've gone all negative after scoring early, you could tell by the Lancs interview that the fool Critchley gave saying there was no pressure on us

The guys a fcuking idiot
The guys a successful business man ,so for someone to say he is a ** idiot makes me laugh . Also if we had a ** idiot in charge ,he would change the manager every couple of weeks because some keyboard warrior says so .

i like Virtue as a player and he does get into decent positions to score, but taking off a striker for a defensive mid ((norburn) who cant actually defend) is gross incompetence, you could compare it to a currency trader selling all of their US dollars, euros and pounds and putting it in zimbabwe dollars as a last throw of the financial dice as the western economy collapses.

I don't think Simon will sack him at all. I'm pinning my hopes on the summer manager merry go round and hoping that some deluded chairman from a so called bigger club thinks critchley is the answer. I would happily drive him to the interview.

Just back, long ass day. We started brightly and with the away end right behind the team I felt oddly confident of a result.

The killer was the soft free header equaliser on 45 plus mins after both our right sided CH and wing back failed to stop the cross.

I've just read pep critchleys post match and I'm not sure what part of the 2nd half we started well and in the ascendancy? I thought we sat deeper and deeper and kept giving up possession. There looked to be fouls on our players leading up to their 2nd and 3rd goals but they occurred deep in their half and less than a minute later the ball was in the back of our net, ffs.

I agree with him that's its not today but over 46 games. The stark reality is we haven't been good enough in a league where we should have been in the mix with ease.

That's not on us (management speak) that's on him. How many cheap points have we thrown away, more than enough to have made today's game a celebration of the season and looking forward to the play offs.

A wasted season, wasted loans of a generational talent in Dembele. Rhodes will be 35 next year if we get him back, can he still do it at that age?

Critchley out/in who cares he's Sadler’s man because the stats told him so. May as well read tea leafs, the outcome would be the same.

Cheers one and all, see you next year.

HMS Piss this League sank with the manager’s dreadful formation, a formation that didn’t play to his players’ strengths - and a formation that will continue to keep us in League One as long as he’s here.

No chance of him being sacked I’m afraid.the only way he’ll be leaving is if he resigned and I can’t see him doing that either.
