He has failed, failed badly and today summed up how truly awful his leadership and tactics are.

Sadler, if you have any sense at all, swallow your pride, open your eyes, listen to the supporters and get rid of the most useless, boring phuckwit of a manager we have had for years, you have to admit you were wrong, you have to admit you were wrong when you backed him just recently and you need to have the balls to get rid of this joy vampire and his 2 useless sidekicks and go and get a manager in who will get the supporters back on board because you are being looked at for your terrible material appointments and stubbornness to not listen to your customers.

Let's have the news this evening and go and get Charlie Adam or Richie Wellens or someone who isn't going to bore the supporters to death.

Absolutely this. I cannot stand the thought of another season of Critchley's lifeless football. Just get rid Simon NOW.
 
The frustrating thing is we are capable, look at the first half against Barnsley. Why can’t we play like that every game? Why is he so obsessed with setting up to nullify constantly rather than just putting a side out to win the game?

I think there will be a fair few players leaving this summer and I think he should leave too and give the opportunity to re-build to somebody else. The fact he’s played the same way, all season, away from home shows his unwillingness to change and adapt. He’s not good enough.
 
If he is here next year let's hope he looks at his coaching manuals and finds a different formation to play away from home.
And is more hung ho. And gets a better midfield.
 
Cannot see him being sacked, the one hope i have is that tomorrow he reflects on the season, maybe spends the weekend watching the games where we have properly mullerred teams and then realises that he's just not cut out for the role he has. Monday he puts in his resignation. Id have some respect for him then.

Can see us losing the best part of this squad over the summer, i'm not really convinced the players have much confidence in him.
 
If he changes formation or if the current one comes good next season, you just know there will be posters saying that “he’s finally listening to the fans” 😁

I would, yes, but it is irrelevant because Critchley is totally safe and will have at least another full season, doesn't mean that it's the right thing to do though. If Charlie stays at Fleetwood and does well the maybe we could pick him up sometime next season, whilst we are enjoying 16th place in league 1 and Sadler finally finds his balls. If he is doing badly then there are other managers, not easy to trust Sadler's choices though is it?

If it wasn't Charlie would you be happy appointing someone with his record?

No, I say Charlie because of his connection to the club and the supporters and the fact he is new in management. Which is why it will be worth following his career at Fleetwood next season. If we did get him now at least there would be a real buzz about the place instead of tumbleweed.

Maybe the recruitment team need to take the fall instead?

I think Sadler, the recruitment team and Critchley all have to have long hard look at themselves to be honest, and some of the players.

Charlie is a heart over head choice, if I was really brave I’d say get Ollie and Thommo back, but I’d get laughed off here, I can’t help but have eternal love for those two after what they did.

Holloway's done. I'd have Thommo as a number two all day long.

Ollie as director of football, and either Charlie or Thommo as manager, with the other as assistant.

If not, see if Klop fancies a challenge

We all know that, it doesn’t mean we agree with it though.

If Critchley is safe as manager, no need to worry about m, I won’t be giving BFC a second thought.

Bringing on Virtue for Joseph and leaving Beesley up front on his own when 3-1 down should be a sacking offence on the spot.
