Surely, if he knows we have to do better with the ball, his "elite" coaching skills would be relayed to the players accordingly.
I may be wrong, but he doesn't give the impression he delivers his pre-match and half-time talks with the passion some of these young men might need to go out there and put the opposition to the sword.
There are other coaches who may not be as "qualified", but would motivate and instill belief in the team to the extent they'd come out flying.
"We'll take it", relating to clean sheets and 1-0 wins, is understandable, were we to be mounting attack after attack and peppering their goal, but you can see and hear his concerns about conceding when we're ahead and I believe his tactics are too conservative (small "c")
