Critchley has made 10 signings I believe,O'Donnell,Pennington,Norburn,Morgan,Joseph,Chapman,Weir,Rhodes,Kouassi and Oakley Boothe,out of these only Rhodes is better than we already have,in my opinion,four or five quality instead of nine mediocre would have made sense,that's why we are in the sad position we are in,he's also too pigheaded to play Trybull who is class and Apter this is why I believe he has to go,sooner rather than later

Ekpiteta, Dougall, Grimshaw, Carey, Lavery, Beesley, Casey and CJ were all brought in under Critchley as well. There are only a handful that aren't 'his' players. He definitely can't hide behind it not being his team, that is for sure.

O'Donnell is decent cover, I liked Pennington in his first game, Norburn and Morgan seem to have lost their way but I liked them early on, not seen Chapman, who knows with Joseph, Weir and Rhodes I like, Oakley-Boothe was one for the future and guess we'll see what Kouassi has to offer.
I'd say maybe a 60% hit rate so far.

Signings have been woeful (as it stands) but once Critchley stops playing these tactics, I think we will be in a better position to judge.
