How pathetic does need to get before Simon Sadler accepts that taking on yet another second time around Blackpool manager is yet again a major senior management mistake .
He was supposed to bring us attractive entertaining football I can honestly say entertainment has been sparse to say the least , tonight’s loss and the Burton loss sums up our entertainment levels of achievement as well as Critchley’s lack of man management skills ,he maybe a good youth coach but he’s certainly not a manager,
His continued persistence in using a system that the squad he has struggle with and his stubbornness to accept change is frankly pathetic. There is no consistency in team selections does he actually have any
idea what his best team is .
What’s happening at the club when good first team players with no really explanation disappear from the first team for weeks on end ie Dougall ?and Ekpiteta ? Is it contractual or has Critch lost the dressing room .
After tonight’s performance where he asked for a reaction it feels like he has lost the players as well as the match .Please Simon accept Critchley is not the man to take this club forward.
