All these sack Critchley posts are ** ridiculous as he is going nowhere until at least end of season if not Christmas and it could all have come good by then.
Yes many fans are unhappy but we do not own the club and do not make these decisions.
I can’t believe how many different posts there are, more or less saying the same thing.
Get used to him being here guys.

Sandgrown1?

Ostrich with a head in the sand.

Critchley going nowhere?

Blackpool going nowhere to league glory.

Sadler wants to keep him, amid failure?

If so, both must resign for wiser heads.

, both should exit.

They will one day.

As many of us have said repeatedly, it was another shocking appointment. Incompetence by all concerned. No point voting, because the relationship is too cozy. Sadler may have well set fire to his cash and he’s got more to lose next season, as fans don’t renew.
There is a point in voting as it gives the fans an idea of how we all feel. It may not get rid of Critchley ,but it does give an idea that we are not alone in changing our minds after feeling that we were on an improvement. and now we have witnessed the worse display for decades.

Give him the Peterborough games to show a big reaction, no reaction then no job
Good idea 👍
In fact just give Critchley until Easter.

Maybe even just give him until the summer, or for however long Sadler is happy for us to be extremely average!

I bloody wouldn't whilst we still have a chance of the playoffs make the change NOW Critchley sounds like he's out of ideas. But you are probably going to get your wish & we'll probably do slightly better against Posh & he will limp on as manager. That debacle the other night cried out for a massive change of tactics/formation & everyone bar Critchley could see that. Revert to a back 4 with an extra midfielder with the best available players in their preferred positions would have been my choice, with a rallying team talk attack attack move & attack & I doubt we could have possibly been as dreadful as we were. Barring something like this Critchley has to go if he continues without making big changes. Give it SD with whoever he wants as an assistant, sometimes the best solution is right under your nose.

You stayed on the Titanic right?

The question was Critchley to be sacked? I don’t think he will be, yet.

Had the question been do I want him to be sacked, it’s an obvious yes.

They’re not going to sack him just yet, they’ll want to get the cup game out of the way, it’s too risky. If he is sacked and we lose, they’ll get pelters, if they don’t and we lose they’ll get pelters. It’s a no win situation for them, but if it was my decision, I’d get rid after next Tuesday regardless.

I voted yes after Cheltenham but we’re not going to sack a manager after getting knocked out the BSM. The win on Saturday bought him time so he’ll get the Bolton game at the least.

Could get nasty if we don’t get a result on Saturday.

Even if he got us up I'd still be replacing him at the end of the season. Needs to go back to coaching n let the Managers manage. The squad doesn't have the quality in depth to tinker this much, change the keeper n maybe 2 outfield players. No fight, shocking passing at times, and still lacking a Midfield terrier to break it up and get us on the attack, Norburn drops too deep to the point there may as well be 4 CDs leaving a hole where he should be receiving the ball, hit n hope balls being used more due to holes in middle of the park. Slow tippy tappy passing/over passing allowing opposition to get back into shape nullifying our threat to a hit n hope cross / shite shot. He shouldn't have come back in the first place after how he left and that's never sat right with me. Anyone else who performs at 50% or less in their job, they're getting sacked. Lose this weekend and hopefully he will be sent packing. Fresh ideas, open minded with regards to tactics AND DOESNT FOCUS TOO MUCH ON THE OPPOSITION AND TO STOP THEM. Play to our strengths and force them into changing to stop us .

I was getting to the point of writing this season off as another bitter disappointment.
But that latest shîtshow convinced me that I’d like to cut off the main supply to this Chinese water torture football, asap.
I’d sack the useless twät before Saturday.
