After the 18 months he has had, the way he has transformed the team/club, the project the club clearly has with Critch at the heart of it and knowing how his stock will have rocketed - even now I think so called bigger clubs will be monitoring Critch - I'd be amazed if extending his contract is not near the top of the clubs 'to do,' list. Sadler knows Critch's value to the club now and what his value would be should someone come seeking his services. He will want to protect his most valuable assets as we have seen done with Yates.
