Critch's Week Off - What he needs to work on?

Have often heard Critch saying he enjoys a week off because he can coach the players as opposed to keep their fitness levels up. So what would be the one thing that you would want him to do?
For me, it would be all about who is where when we put balls in to the box because I am always disappointed in the lack of options. On Saturday, there were times the ball was loose in the box without a tangerine shirt near it.

A few minor tweaks maybe ( not serious) Grimshaw catching practice for crosses
Pennington to speed up his decision making to make up for lack of pace
Ekpiteta his distribution to one of our players
Norburn on passing forward and crossing the half way line phobia
Coulson to rewatch Saturday to understand that’s how he should play every week
CJ to watch a video of one of his performances early season to remind him he can be a footballer
Dembele remember to stay on his feet
Joseph to familiarise himself with the net covered thingy
Lavery to …. Where do we start
Rhodes to have a nice rest and wrap him in cotton wool

Give them all the week off whilst Norburn spends the first day learning how to put a 2 yard pass to a team mate, passing it forward, learning how to tackle, track back and improve his work rate.

Day 2 he should be taught how to get in front of his man to stop him running through on goal or putting a dangerous pass in.

Day 3 get him to stop pointing at other players when he can't be arsed running for it.

Day 4 get him to stop raising his arm and shouting at his team mates to do the same in the hope of getting crap League 1 officials to give cheap offside decisions.

Day 5 chase the ball down, win it, hold onto it and put some fire into his game.

Day 6 learn to trust his team mates' own intuition and experience when defending rather than screaming at them to do something that they aren't comfortable with and having them look chaotic.

Day 7 learn how to play more cohesively with his team mates around him. He is not captain material, he just looks like a stranger to the rest of his team mates. Byers and Coulson have already built up a rapport and understanding with their team mates.

Do more of whatever it is he’s done in previous’Off Weeks’, because each time he’s had a similar opportunity to get some time in with the Players, we seem to have come out significantly better.👍

The players don't seem to anticipate knock downs , look for space , look for runs of team mates, slick passing in a positive up the pitch towards the other goal and SHOOT GOAL STYLE .
Sorry my punctuation, , grammar went to pot due to the sheer frustration of it all

Getting norburn to play forward more confidently. Don’t mind playing back to keep possession but when it puts us under pressure… tension ed ache

Fielding the best team, not his favourites!
Nearly there on Saturday apart from Gabriel for CJ
( & Morgan should be in squad)

The run Coulson made for his goal on Saturday was great (wouldn't be happy with the defender who just watched him ghost by). Coulson will be full of confidence, give CJ a rest and get Gabriel combining well with other players.

Double the intensity in training, everyone seems to think they've got all day on the ball
No not flying around like lunatics, but maybe competitive 5 a side competitions
Everyone wants to win and everyone wants to play football
Skills and dead ball practice in the afternoon instead of golf

Considering a lot on this thread claim to be supporters you have a very poor way of showing it.
This forum just seems to be full of people who continually slag off the manager and players even after a win.
If we were in the Championship and the season mirrored this one then you could guarantee there would still be the same moaners.

But, apart from that, are you absolutely sure there is nothing else he needs to be focussing on ...?
