Crowd tomorrow?

Are we expecting them to bring many? Long old trip but you'd like to think second and pushing for promotion would lead to a sell out - although haven't read anything.
Would like to think we might get over 10k in bearing in mind recent form, new signings etc

I’m driving to the other side of Birmingham tomorrow morning, to hand my grandchildren over to their father for the half term, then driving back. Just hoping the rain isn’t too bad on the motorway and doesn’t lead to accidents. Apart from hoping that if there is, that nobody gets badly hurt, I have to be back in time for the match.

Yes but will they be as mute as they were at the Vitality? Could have heard a pin drop but for those Tangerine Bastards on the road!

They only got 8700 at home to Birmingham the other night so doubt there'll be much over 600 of them despite being 2nd in the league.

Would be nice to see us doing some work on getting more people in the ground - initiatives such as a ticket bundle, quid a kid or bring a friend for a fiver. We need to be filling these empty seats if possible
i agree mate. that lot up the road do anything to try and get bums (literally) on seats. Is it not one of the Nolan’s birthdays or something that the club could promote?

Seams to me we are getting 9.5K-10.5K home fans most games though it looks like quite a few STHs aren't attending probably due to covid concerns for the older generation . Looking at footage there is often quite a few empty seats up in A block & from where I sit at top of C block the South Stand looks barely half full . Would be interesting to know how many non STHs attend each game (actual ticket sales).

Looking pretty healthy on the ticket site.

All sold out all round from A to L.

A few bits and bobs left, the usual block x remains quite empty, but loads of time left and late buying habits plus on the day.

The 3 stands hold about 10,350 when the north netted off seats at the front are taken into account.

So I dont see how people are saying only 10.6k attendance. We'll probably end up with 10k in the 3 sides.

Add in hospitality of a few hundred, maybe more.

All depends how many away fans there are.

I had a look earlier and the two east blocks near the corner were completely greyed out, I doubt they were sold out given Bournemouth took 500 ish to boro.

The two open blocks were about half full each. Maybe I'm wrong an they have sold out the other 2 but I doubt it. So might only be 600?

Could be around 11k tomorrow. Would hope for higher but if Bournemouth only bring the above its not a lot.

I don’t think they travel well, do they?

I imagine it’ll be around the 10,000-10,500 mark.

No I didn't test positive until Thursday last week and have still been testing positive after 5 dsys. Last day of isolation tomorrow unfortunately
Some people test positive for ages after apparently, shame to miss a game when probably not even infectious. 🤷

I imagine we would take 1700- 2000 to Bournemouth if we were 2nd.

Bournemouth has a population nearly 4x that of Blackpool, so should really be selling out their end, sitting in an automatic spot.

Bet they only bring around 1000 though.

Tested positive on sunday for Covid, symptoms started last thursday so technically tomorrow is last day of isolation but got a negative lateral flow test so I'll be there.

Sadler taking notes right now... "Ben? Why haven't we got this JJpool fellow on the marketing team?"
Good question, probably demanding to high a salary 🤷

But in all seriousness we've done some good things and some that can be improved, ticket wise etc, prob do a thread on it in next days.

One example, the other night with that youth fa cup game and free entry.

It was mentioned on the clubs various media but it wasn't shouted out as much as it could be and repeated, with a big picture of the team with free plastered on it. There were a few people who mentioned it and said how much was it to go, so clearly they hadn't seen. If people don't know then I'd say the message wasn't as good as it could be. For eg the graphic for the game preview picture, is it that hard to do a little 'free entry' bit on it.

Obviously ita been difficult with the east stand etc but I think there's more can be done in many areas.
