Cummings again

I can't be bothered to read all of that, but isn't it the case that a building within the grounds of a residence that isn't a separate single household dwelling, that is it's a granny flat or similar or is for the use of the owner of the main dwelling, is not rateable in its own right. Maybe a conveyancing lawyer might comment on this.
 
This is getting to be a mega witch hunt now and, in all honesty, quite boring to see the media bring this up every day.
Why don't they spend their time better by naming and shaming all the morons who have total disregard for the lockdown rules.

Yes, Cummings was wrong, but he was trying to get his family safe. He didn't make contact with anyone unlike the masses who go to the beach, who incidently, will no doubt stop their children from returning to school but don't give a monkeys about taking them to a packed beach for the day.
There is also a report in the paper this morning that some guy had doctored evidence to make it look like Cummings was somewhere when he clearly wasn't.
The same guy also drove about 150 miles himself to do something that wasn't essential

He is also quoted as saying:- when I went out on my daily runs I saw a guy who looked like Cummings.

Give the press an inch.........
