Current Prime Minister on clown duties promoting his " legacy"

I don't understand the first thing, I agree that the second thing with the motor bike is a waste of police time.

I'm thinking that the police officers involved would be better served catching criminals or doing the Macarena at a pride festival somewhere, whichever option you want.
