Vilas is leaving at the end of the season. . . not really a big surprise.

He had a few great seasons but has gone off the boil the last few years.

Personally I think this is a good thing for Lancs

I suspect hes a good influence but hes obviously past his best in terms of contributing runs.

He has done well for us for some time, but maybe yes it’s time to move on, no hard feelings thank you for your time with us and good luck moving forward

Liam won’t be moved on. They use him and Butler for marketing and in particular think Butler with his big profile in the IPL raises awareness of Lancs.

It’s total bollocks of course…
