Very sad, so much talent but never really had the long run of success (keeping injury free) to make the most of his potential. Done very well for himself but could have been so much more.

I find it incredible that Sturrudge has got a 4 month ban for insider info on a transfer whilst Wally Downes a manager got 4 weeks for betting on games. In my eyes there’s a world of difference between the 2 offences and Downes is far more serious.
