They haven’t said who was responsible, it’ll be interesting to see who was behind it, obviously not some random individual, you don’t blow a car up without some knowhow.

Ukrainians making a point whether it be in the Crimea or Russia, although Moscow will no doubt blame it on the CIA or Mossad, the last thing Putin will want is the Russian people believing that Ukraine could strike at the heart of his empire.

The bomb was for the man himself, or so it seems, who decided in the last minute to take another car
He is a civilian and he was deliberately targeted for assassination with no thought for the other civilians who would also be killed by the bomb.

Possibly the stress of his daughter violent death. Although not nice for anyone to die that way it’s because of a war he’s advocating so little sympathy when he’s happy to see others killed and maimed on a whim.
