If he applies/we consider him it’s not a bad start to your coaching career - just not sure he is what we want hard to put my finger on why but just don’t see it

I think he'd be a decent shout personally, I don't see how we couldn't get him if we wanted either.

Didn’t he do the caretaker role for 4 or 5 games in the last few years? - Maxi played for the knobbers and is alright now lol

Not about ambition, just a fact that he won’t cost anything. The right man for the job is what counts, whether we pay for him or for nothing.
Just a bonus that no compensation would be needed

Not a bad shout. With Alan Stubbs as assistant to bring a bit of experience or maybe Paul Clement, either of those with Unsworth would make a very strong and experienced pairing. Gets my vote.
