I had us down for 11 pts after this month. Win next 2 draw v Lincoln
Tbf if you wanted it to fall to someone outside of Lavery, Virtue isnt a bad option, he scores goals, shoots well, just couldn't beat the keeper there, although probably should. And on another day we would have won that. Problem is our chance fell to Virtue. Good point away from home let’s move on.
That was a great save from their keeper , he got out in rapid fashion .Tbf if you wanted it to fall to someone outside of Lavery, Virtue isnt a bad option, he scores goals, shoots well, just could beat the keeper there, although probably should.
Yep but as the attacker you want to put it away and are disappointed if you don't.That was a great save from their keeper , he got out in rapid fashion .
Irrelevant, can’t take the credit away from the keeper, Virtue may be disappointed but he shouldn’t beYep but as the attacker you want to put it away and are disappointed if you don't.
Not taken anything away and it's not irrelevant, the keeper gets the credit here but as the attacker, when 1 on 1, you want to beat the keeper. He will be disappointed as he had the chance to win the game, but not to be.Irrelevant, can’t take the credit away from the keeper, Virtue may be disappointed but he shouldn’t be
Not lucky at all they were better then us in some respects, if anything we weren't at our best because of the way they played and couldn't stick to our principals enough.Exeter got lucky that we weren't at our best.

Indeed - good point with a couple of great players still to enter the sceneThe team we started with today won’t be the one that ends the season and the opposition will be looking to measure their own development against a recently relegated side. We were never going to walk this division; a point will do fine at this stage.
Think it was us that got lucky.Exeter got lucky that we weren't at our best.
And as said as a striker or attacking player in a 1 on 1 you always want to score. It was a great stop
Wonder if that miss could be the difference between him staying or being loaned out?Yep but as the attacker you want to put it away and are disappointed if you don't.
If only we still had JerryAnd as said as a striker or attacking player in a 1 on 1 you always want to score.
Whoknows, I like him as a player, but if he won't be playing much it's hard to find form.Wonder if that miss could be the difference between him staying or being loaned out?
Agree with the o/p - no Pennington, Joseph or the new lad - three players who could have made a difference. Happy with a point and two big home games.
We should still have a bit of the money left...If only we still had Jerry
Reality check for many thinking we were going to romp the league. The team we started with today won’t be the one that ends the season and the opposition will be looking to measure their own development against a recently relegated side. Am sure their fans are saying the same about the chance which fell to their player (which was way more of a chance) after Eki's moment of madness. Not a classic but never really looked like losing. Chanch of the game late on needed to fall for Lavery and a different result.
