What are the rules on substitutions for the CL games?

If you go on the train there’s a high risk you might not get back with the shite service and full of cancellations, but good luck!
 
It's about time the Government gave public service workers a decent pay rise. And if that would be too inflationary, how about a prices policy to keep business prices down. Oops, that would send out the wrong message to business...eh?
