Seems Critch mark 2 is a different animal to the guy who rocked up originally. Still not happy with the overall performance, wants total football!!?.
He fits us, and I believe we are ready to fly.

A big advantage is that he's done a flit and it didnt go well so he's much more likely to think long term with us now. Plan and stay longer term.

Whilst I don’t think we’d have been relegated, I think Critch would have found the second season in the Championship tougher and this would have been his 5th season with us and you wonder if he’d be getting itchy feet and so who knows?
