Using the bar code doesnt update the app to show its been used, therefore doesnt show next game. Pointless having a system that is supposed to work a certain way.
Like taking money to pay in case contactless didnt work.

It gets you through the turnstile no matter what it says!

I wonder how they get on as now I use my phone for my work, gym and car park pass - never fails (Unless you forget your phone!).

My digital season ticket is not updating automatically like it did last season despite having auto updates turned on etc. It still says Port Vale.

So if it helps my workaround is to keep going to the August ticketmaster email and adding the ST to my apple wallet before each game to get the updated ticket in my wallet. Not ideal but it works.

An even easier way on iphone is to just turn automatic updates off and straight back on again by pressing the three dots on the top right hand side of your st in your wallet. Updates immediately to the next game for me.

Didnt work.
Spoke to steward who says the club say there are no issues.
