Ditchley interview

FFS We scraped past Fleetwood and this idiot thinks its acceptable.

Want to keep him or ditch him, the man is underperforming big time and Im amazed some posters who think 8th place (albeit I admit a slight chance of the PO's) is acceptable, let alone enjoyable, is beyond me.
The final score may have been close but that was a much better performance than of late. We created a host of chances and their keeper made several great saves and blocks to keep the score down. It's still not great but that was a lot better than the Wycombe and Cambridge performance.

Accepted Newbury, but we're 40+ matches into the season. Critchley still doesn't know his best team and still tinkers with a formation/tactic that plainly isn't successful.

With this same team, can you honestly think an 'Ollie' team would scrape a result like that?

Hyperthetical, but IMHO we'd have scored a bucket load even with the forwards we have. I think as with Jerry, this idiot drains their confidence and results in recent performances.

There's no doubt, whatever his methods, he has failed to get any of the strikers we actually own firing. We can't blame him for shuffling them too much when they all seem to miss glaring opportunities or fail to have any meaningful impact. Beesley and Lavery have the most goals this season, it's probably the pairing he needs to stick with.

I would guess that he's not got faith in Lavs to play game after game without pulling up injured. It's said but he's always on the cusp of another muscle injury it seems.
