If you are correct I totally agree with you.The only way for the club or any business to progress is to find and employ the best staff on all fronts that they can afford.If I understand it correctly the aim is to have 25% BAME filling the existing jobs. 25% for what 14% of the population, that is what is called equal opportunity. I stand to be corrected/educated.
