Do not give McCarthy a chance to claim his staying up bonus

If we sack him now, his lawyer may well claim that he would have kept us up and press for his staying up bonus to be paid.

Let the dinosaur own ( to be fair partly own) this relegation. No one else coming in will stop us going down. But sacking him now just opens the possibility of a claim.

On the day we are mathematically down, then we can sack him.

There are 7 million reasons to ignore your advice.

Should be sacked purely on his team selections from day 1 which gave us no chance .A child could set this team up better everyone knows it so why is this idiot still in charge ?

The rewards of staying up would far outweigh paying him off.
