They already work for the Club. Not rocket science is it?But what specifically do you think makes these 2 stand out from other candidates?

No. He's not on the books.Jesus...
Hopefully get him on loan from Arsenal next season thoughNo. He's not on the books.
Why?The present managers style of football is desperate, results are awful and no one could do worse. 13 games for someone to come in and try and get us on the front foot to get 5 wins.
What’s trail of imaginary drivelBut what specifically do you think makes these 2 stand out from other candidates?
To stop up ?Why?
Give it the tea lady or the bloke who cleans the kits thenThey already work for the Club. Not rocket science is it?
Currently head of Academy at Flint TownThat they're here and on the payroll, at a guess.
It would have been John Murphy had he not decided he couldn't be arsed with it any more. Maybe he's the real visionary of this season.
Very good on a flooded pitch!Jesus...
Too many hours spent on football manager games on the xbox or ps5Loved them both as players, but I really don't understand the clamouring from some of our fans for them to manage the first team.
What is it based on?
Or it could work out like appointing Grayson did in 2005. Obviously he'd need an experienced assistant.Give it the tea lady or the bloke who cleans the kits then
We are a Championship club, appointing Dobbie who works with our youth players is akin to appointing the manager of Bamber Bridge or something given the standard of our youthOr it could work out like appointing Grayson did in 2005. Obviously he'd need an experienced assistant.
Or it could be akin to asking Charlie Patino to run your midfield. We are a Championship club, appointing Dobbie who works with our youth players is akin to appointing the manager of Bamber Bridge or something given the standard of our youth
What's he done to deserve a chance of managing us?Or it could be akin to asking Charlie Patino to run your midfield.
I agree if we are still in the Championship we'd needvto look elsewhere but I don't honestly think we will be and I'm an optimist.
And yes appointing Dobbie would be a brave choice but three out of four of our most recent managers have had experience and that hasn't worked out either.
He's quite frankly has achieved very little so far but from what I pick up about him he does seem to be going about learning his job the right way. What's he done to deserve a chance of managing us?
So he's done nothing yet people want him in charge of a Championship football clubHe's quite frankly has achieved very little so far but from what I pick up about him he does seem to be going about learning his job the right way.
Like I've said many times though he needs someone experienced alongside him and I'd be happy for that person to be Thommo.
I certainly think he'd be worth interviewing but of course I don't know who else he would be up against.
Personally I'd like to go back to someone young and ambitious with fresh ideas.
In the past having a manager that's "well connected" that could bring his mates in was always a draw but those days are gone with a recruitment team so it's not quite so important.
To a large extent it depends what pond we're fishing in.
PhilSo he's done nothing yet people want him in charge of a Championship football club
It's ** bizarre

Based on what?Read my posts carefully.
Next season in League 1 he could be a candidate.
I'm just speculating obviously. Read what Harvey Hughes says about Dobbie and Appy on the Official Site. He could have had his fingers crossed of course.Based on what?
