Relegation hurts, but I’m so proud of Dobbie and the job he’s done. In the span of only a couple weeks he’s made us better, braver, and more organized. It’s obvious that the players have bought into his message. He has to be under consideration for the job.

Above all he’s shown his man management skills to be spot on, in such a short time. Something desperately lacking in the last two appointments.

Not for me. Division 1 is a tough league we don’t want a novice making mistakes at our club. We have to bounce back at the first attempt as otherwise you get clogged down in that division. We want someone with a proven record who knows the league. Thought tonight was kamikaze and showed his inexperience, he’ll be outthought by the likes of Steve Evans
