No realistic chance of promotion, let's see how he does till the end of the season with a good no2 and take it from there.
Dobbie was the only glimmer of hope and excitement from a team already in the throes of death at the tail end of last season. He may not have been ripping up any trees this season as Critchley has insisted that every single squad or group of players at Blackpool Football Club buy into his shit brand of football. This is surely a wind up? You need to ask yourself, if he’s that good a manager like a lot of people on here make out, why has there been zero interest from other clubs for his services?
We need an actual proper manager.
But haven’t a lot of our development players gone out on loan this season?Having watched several development games, he is not the answer
He has his hands tied behind his back now as Critchley has forced his formation on him so a bit harsh.Having watched several development games, he is not the answer

I dont think his experience was the issue tbf As much as I respect Evatt he has a lot of baggage and that puts some owners off. I too would have liked him!Such as
Grayson,Appleton,Critchley or McCarthy.
I actually wanted Evatt whilst still at Barrow, but for some reason he was thought inexperienced.
Rather go for inexperience but willing to learn that a know it all like Critchley
Having spent an absolute fortune....We also missed out on the inexperienced Liam Rosenior (who I was quite excited about at the time) and look how badly he's doing.
He's only managed to get Hull into 7th place in the Champiinship, so far.
Rosenior was the brains behind Rooney’s ‘relative’ success at Derby. Whilst he may not have had management experience he’d certainly been groomed for a role in management from an early age.We also missed out on the inexperienced Liam Rosenior (who I was quite excited about at the time) and look how badly he's doing.

Agree but he decides what happens on the pitch after kick off, I'm no impressed with his approach and substationsHe has his hands tied behind his back now as Critchley has forced his formation on him so a bit harsh.
Zero electricity.Agree but he decides what happens on the pitch after kick off, I'm no impressed with his approach and substations
To be fair to Sadler Rosenior was ambivalent with respect to joining Blackpool. He stalled to see if Rooney was leaving to go to DC United. Then didn't last long when he did get the Derby job.We also missed out on the inexperienced Liam Rosenior (who I was quite excited about at the time) and look how badly he's doing.
