Dobbie

No point in having him number 2, Critchley needs someone experienced there. I wouldn't mind him as number 1, but I think there are better out there. I keep banging this drum, but Pete Wild at Barrow. Not only is he doing a great job there, but he has a real knowledge of lower league players so he could identify the ones that are ready to move up and could sniff out a few bargains for us.

He has experience like the end of last year when we played a lot better in such a short time, fooked off with critch yet again what a shite performance yet again, I can’t see where the goals are going to come from.
Please let lavery leave in the summer

He should have been the wild card.

Why would he want to be number 2 to a manager who has a different philosphy. Not a dig at Critch BTW this but it made sense for Dobbie to say no and was the right decision.

Put Critchley on gardening leave for the rest of the season, let Dobbie have a go with these so called crap players.
If he gets an away win, there's your answer.

Fed up with Dobbie always getting a name check he’s done absolutely nothing to warrant getting a prestigious job like the Pool. Let him manage a league 2 team and prove himself first. Would be a massive mistake. If the funds are there go for someone proven like Duff or even the Barrow guy.

I think we are stuck with Critchley for the foreseeable.

SS has overestimated his abilities and given him far too much credit for the last success.

Will be a real struggle to be enthusiastic for our chances next season, unless he has some type of Holloway inspired epiphany or bang on the head.
