Doctor who tonight

I was pleased to see Millie Gibson as the doc's new companion. I liked her in Corrie. Not sure about the plot though. An army of singing/dancing goblins with a baby eating king and Davina McCall getting killed by a Christmas tree? The new doctor was ok. He must be the first dancing sprinting doctor. Nice to see Anita Dobson back on the BBC. Overall, I felt this was more of an intro to the new cast rather than a Christmas spectacular.

Sounds like a recent dream I had 😁

Indeed it was an intro to the new cast. I've never considered the Christmas episodes to be anything more than a bit of festive fluff. The cast bode well though.
