The Espionage Act can be used to retrieve documents that he deliberately took that should have gone to the National archive.

He just thinks he can do what he wants.
 
Do you think before all the experts arrive with their usual diatribe of utter trash they could show some proof along with the posts ? Just saying otherwise itā€™s just total bollox.

Boxes full of classified documents including ones marked as Top Secret, which is categorised as the most highly sensitive intel regarding national security. Trump's denials have changed over the last few days but his latest defence is actually confirming this, but claiming he declassified the documents so it's ok. From what I've seen it's really unclear whether this actually helps his case at all.
