The pre paid drinks collection in the south is really winding me up. Last season they had it running smoothly after some teething problems, no food and pre poured drinks. Today they decided to ignore all of that and go back to letting anyone get served and spend ages selling them food separately.
Staff just shrug their shoulders when you ask why and agree when we said what's the point in having pre paid collection when it's not being used for that.
