Ask for a pre season friendly on a Saturday down at Eastbourne David. There are loads of us Pool exiles in London and I'm sure that a few hundred would come down from Blackpool for the weekend as well ! You'll be quids in !

Would be top class, I'd replace my holiday this year with a getaway to Eastbourne and coincide it with the preseason friendly. Looks a beautiful place with amazing sights to see (love my history), if that can be topped off with a Blackpool game it'd be better than going abroad!

EDIT:
Just looked at train prices from Manchester, bloody hell its gonna cost as much as a holiday abroad 😂
(I don't drive unfortunately)
