I’m sure this has been covered before but what’s the procedure for a postponed game ? I paid for the the Northampton match so am I still covered for that game or can I watch the Wigan game instead ?

I don't think you'll get an automatic credit. You'll have to e-mail them, probably several times.
I won a free pass for a postponed game through EFL rewards.
I asked if I could use it for another match. I'm still waiting for a response.

I’ve dealt with them once and did it direct over the phone.
I’d paid for a game but got kicked off after 5 minutes, and prompted to pay again.
I asked if I could get a free credit for the next game and was told he couldn’t do that but immediately refunded my payment.
I’d just ring them if I were you.

Presumably, us season ticket holders will get to see the rearranged home games free as and when they're played. I've been leaving it until about an hour before kick off to pay, so as not to get into these minefields. It's only happened once with me that I paid for a home game through a glitch in the system, and I got a refund within a week by emailing them.

The quality of the reception for one match was so bad I demanded a repayment. Fair play, they refunded.

I’m get them through my season ticket but for a couple of the early games, before they changed the log on procedure, I got charged as well. I dropped them an email and to be fair I got a refund within a couple of days.

Me too

Just letting everybody that I emailed the EFL and they responded within 24 hours. My match pass for the postponed Northampton game will remain valid until the game is played. Fair play, good response and happy with that.
