It would be nice to sign these player as ours instead of loans. Yates & Bowler probably the last 2 we actually signed who were really good, we have bought to many fillers

But we have Apter and Moore. Good players who will never progress under clown shoes. It's impossible to unplace CJ or The Con

I'm talking about signings, not youth/development squad players, it would be nice to get some really good signings rather than just loans, I think we lack in that.

He does very little but score, and often multiples in games. Not a hard worker or technically brilliant but one on one with a keeper rarely misses and instinctively knows where the back of the net is.
 
We have Zak Emmerson who got 2 goals this week against Bolton. Also got 5 goals in 10 games out on loan in the Conference South so might be one to watch in the next year or two.
 
I always found with Simms, he'd play really well one week, then look off it the next. Big lad, possibly needs resting and keeping fresh. His performance in the play-off semi vs Oxford away is well worth a watch back. The guy was unstoppable that day in such a big game

They're okay, they aren't a Dembele or a Yates or a Bowler are they? Pennington os okay at league 1, Lyons has barely played and looks like he could be out for a long time, Grimmy's a decent keeper, O'Donnell is too as a League 1 keeper, Morgan looks promising but again, league 1, Norburn. isn't all that in my opinion and Joseph ;oops okay but again we don't really know yet.

If we were to get promoted with our current squad, barely any of them would be good enough for the Championship

If we had a team all the same standard as the 3 you name we'd be pissing the Championship, never mind League One.

There are 8 players out of contract this summer. If we were to go up, I'm pretty sure we'd be upgrading the squad significantly.

As we've seen in the past, what we thought were players unfit to go up, in some instances raised their game.

It just worries me a bit Wiz, of course getting great loan players in is key and if we got promoted we would get better still. I think we need a massive clearcut in the summer, whatever league we are in
