Had an email saying I havn't downloaded my digital season ticket, despite the fact I have and got in with it on Saturday.
Also says if I have downloaded it, clear it from the wallet and click on the link to re-download it.
Strange !

We got two emails saying the same about two of our season tickets
 
My son's hasn't updated and he's had no email. Hope it's just teething problems, don't want to be doing this for every home game !!
 
Interestingly I gave my ticket to my son because I had a couple of hospitality tickets I could use on Saturday, he downloaded my pass from the original e-mail and now it's disappeared off his phone.
