I think of these two things our new manager is more of an Energiser

Appleton was defintely and Energy sapper.... he sucked all the energy out of 90% of fans

let's get the ground bouncing from 20 mins before the game tomorrow.

Appleton wasn’t even on 1% for me - he’d switched off and was flat.
What I still don’t get is that poll last week where over 300 voted to get shut of him but there were still about 7 voting to keep him.
Now either these people have fat thumbs and pressed the wrong option or they saw something that none of the rest of us could see.
