England in the Euros

Your thoughts guys.

I’ve gone for a 3-4-1-2 Pickford, Walker, Stones, Branthwaite, Bellingham, Rice, Saka, Palmer, Foden, Kane, Toney.

The only caveat is possibly Luke Shaw for Palmer on the left if you wanted more defensive cover.

glad you edited it as i was just about to ask that question. Certainly who you pick and who he picks will be somewhat different. For starters he will go with a front 3, as would i, who will be Saka, Kane and Foden. Don't think he'll start Palmer or Toney either as Bellingham will play in the no 10 role which he does for RM. Personally, I'd have him in the no 8 role as he's a great box to box player.

Fancy England to do alright. We have a decent squad, Toney is the player i think will be the oustanding player for England . if Kane doesnt come back from injury.

4-3-3

Pickford

Walker
Stones
Maguire
Shaw

Bellingham
Rice
Mainoo

Saka
Kane
Foden

Would have probably picked Braithwaite over Maguire but would go with Maguires experience as it stands especially as Braithwaite is yet to be capped.

Shaw isn't fit now and not expected to play again this season. I thought Chilwell was outstanding against Belgium but less so against Brazil so unless Shaw can play again this season and prove his fitness, i expect Chilwell to start the first game.
In reality I think that's what will happen - I would rather have Shaw though 👍
