Just asked the kids if we should get pizza in for the England game and they asked what time it was on and when I told them they said they'd sooner watch Gladiators 🙄
 
Arguably more passion and better referee decisions on Gladiators (even though it’s Clattenburg refereeing!).
 
Looking forward to it, but I imagine it will probably end up being a letdown in the end. It’s not often you get a full blooded International friendly these days.
 
Tbh I don't look forward to friendlies but this has the making of a good game if Southgate releases the shackles. My team based on 433

Watching in a sports bar in Stockholm with some footy mates. We’ve got a Mongolian, a Swiss, an Italian, a Russian and a Swede. I’m the token Englishman.

We're full of attacking options but the old defensive problems are still there to see. We get done by pace and movement. Hope it doesn't send Southgate in the direction of two defensive midfielders. This would have been an ideal opportunity for Ben White but oh, hang on.......

This is exactly the sort of game for them to gain some experience against a quality side
Chilwell has fluffed a couple of shots, but I think Gallagher has done OK so far.
When we didn't have any width on our right he kept possession well and kept the move going a few minutes ago

Gordon done OK but not got into the game as much so far

Gallagher is an expensive Norburn.
 
Not been too bad.
Brazil need to be more Brazil, there doesn't seem to be anyone on their side with any of that natural Brazilian flair that we all love.

Not quality opposition so far, just a niggly bunch of spoilers.
