Apparantly signing a loan-deal for MK Dons today. Good player, but not better than the ones leading the peckingorder. We also have Matty Virtue in more or less the same situation, so makes sence to let one of them go. What I DON'T understand, with the proper way we do everythning at the moment, is that with 12 months to go on his contract, we send him out on loan.. I suppose we have a possibility to prolong it after the season with another year, but why not sell now?

It would be a good move for him, they like to play progressive football, if he's good enough he will play plenty of games and we can assess his progress.

Don’t approve of helping out the Dongs, but otherwise a reasonable move for a lad who won’t play here

Was rumoured by Alan Nixon that a Championship club (in the NW) was expected to bid for Scott Fraser at MK Dons. Wigan and Hull have been linked. I do wonder if Robson could be part of a makeweight to bring Fraser to us.
We were actually linked with the lad 2/3 years ago too.

Better to get some wages paid and a player that’s not going to feature moved away than have them hanging around training unhappy.
If true we certainly have some players lined up. For the CM berths we have Kenny, Kev,Gav, Matty and Cam currently 😁

After one game last season people were saying Robson would do more for our club than Keith Southern

Looked good early on but as soon as Dougall and Stewart were signed he was surplus with little chance of regular game time. Wish him all the best but we move on and forward

Shop window.

Me neither @SeasideKurt - I genuinely can't remember anything he did which would have lead me to believe he was a decent player.
What about his strike at Charlton? He has always had it in him to pop up with a goal. He gets everywhere around the pitch. His progress reminds me very much of Keith Southern who everyone knocked at every stage of his rise and he ended up playing in the top flight. They kept saying Keith couldn't step up each level but each time we got promoted, his game improved.
