I don’t know why the bbc one can no longer be downloaded.
The 442 one is hard to read when printed off, but found the Telegraph one a really good clear version.

They were all last weekend mate.

I binned mine as the missus wouldn't let me put it up in the kitchen despite me she's never notice the blue tack or drawing pins once it had gone.
