Would our government inform us of impending extinction. In the last 3 years the planet temperature has shot up far more then expected . Trees are burning down faster then they can be grown . Europe has no water . Some farmers in E
 
As I was trying to write. Some farmers in England have lost half their crops and food is already shooting up in price. Its only going to get hotter next year.
 
In the short term, the UK will become a holiday destination of choice with a Med like climate. Perfect for wine production. We can sit back and watch Spain turn into Africa, at least for a few years.

Spanish flying into Skegness which will be over run with Paella, Tapas and Estrella dam bars. Maracas shops everywhere
Julio Iglesias belting out as the Spanish shout loud and slow at the locals whilst pointing at the loose olive tray
 
The North will have the temperatures the South currently has and the South will be... well, too hot. Imagine living in non-air conditioned London in 20 years time.

Agriculture will have to adapt but it's generally a good thing for everyday living in this country. Other countries are screwed though.

Posted it many times on here. Limit all women to 2 children maximum. It’s their choice of partner or artificial but no more than 2.
If one child dies woman can replace but always max of 2.

Mathematically it’ll reduce population as some will not choose to ‘breed’ some will be medically incapable.

Women then take control of our future - if that doesn’t work we can have hunger games / death race 2000 type sport introduced 👍

Or we could improve agricultural efficiency, reduce carbon emissions with renewable energy and/or nuclear and watch as greenhouse gas emissions plummet while population stabilises over the next few decades instead of criminalising pregnancy.

The French Champagne producers are already buying up land in Southern England. Wonder what they will call it - sparkling wine?

Ultimately we are depleting resources quicker than we can cope with. In my hypothesis pregnancy isn’t criminal it’s within a range of choice.

I’m more comfortable with my crazy suggestion than kicking the can of environmental damage further down the road and letting the next generations suffer with it.

Reducing carbon omissions and improving food productivity is one thing but we are still going to consume more minerals, oil (plastics) and habitat space whilst the population expands

Not as bad as 1975/76 or 1995 even 2018 this heatwave but hey it's an environment thing.

Meanwhile Australia's Great Barrier Reef that was supposed to be dead a few years ago we where all told has had a massive reincarnation and now is at its best for 30 years.

Out of interest - what is the level of human population that my policy kicks in? 10 billion. 20 billion? 30 billion.
