My lad played for Consett for 8 years so special for me, also being my home town. They play football on the ground and usually score a few.
 
4 very good goals already, what a cracking game of football and majority of it played on the floor. Many teams in our division should take note.
 
Sorry Stranny didn’t notice your thread, dur. Howay Consett! lived there for a couple of years and wife still has family up there, her cousin has The Duke of York pub.
 
What a great game, second half you could see tiredness hit the teams but very entertaining, good standard of football, pity someone had to lose but thoroughly enjoyed it.
