I've just said it in a diffrent thread, but I'm in block D and there were quite a few seasons ticket holders missing today around me. When they said over 10k attendance I almost laughed.

It was really entertaining when a load of the kids in block x were giving pelters to the Cambridge fans at half time and whenever they went to the concourse .They were great and took it in very good grace and humour . Every credit .

At one point there was the beautiful irony near me of one bloke on his own singing 'there's only 10 of you singing' and I thought 'well, that's 9 more than us to be fair'

For me, there's a kind of ongoing malaise in the support. It feels like we've been wanting the manager out since about April 2022 on an almost constant basis.

I think it's why those 6 games with Dobbie shine so brightly because, just for a few weeks, we didn't have a problem with the fella in the dugout. Whether he was any good was probably immaterial.

It gets tiring after a while.

Cambridge were like a pub side and we didn’t kill them off. Let’s be honest typified be the acres of space given to Carey to score because they were just putting 4 on Dembele.

We played like a bobbins, mid table side and the antithesis of what the manager claimed we would do in his pre match.
